Two scholarships are awarded annually by the College of Natural Resources and Environment to students in the urban forestry option.
- F. A. Bartlett Foundation Scholarship- $2,000 awarded annually
- Richard S. Foster Urban Forestry Scholarship- $1,900 awarded annually
- Davey Tree Experts Arbor Grant – $3,000 awarded annually

- Student members of MAC-ISA are eligible for three different scholarships. Awards range from $1,250 to $5,000.
Scholarships for Urban Forestry Students in the United States
Garden Club of America Fellowship in Urban Forestry
Applicants may be pursuing studies in urban forestry or a closely related field at any college or university in the United States. This fellowship is granted to graduate or advanced undergraduate students for study and research that will advance the knowledge of urban forestry and increase the number of scientists in the field of urban forestry. Application deadline is January 31st. More information.
